PRICE LIST INCLUDE:

Light, water, gas, air conditioning
Final cleaning and daily cleaning (excluding kitchenette)
Bed linen and towels (changed as needed)
Wireless Free in the apartment,
32″ LCD TV with satellite channel
Hair dryer, safe for laptops, courtesy,
Mini fridge (room),
Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware a microwave, fridge, hob and dining table (apartments)
Bed and table seats for children (subject to availability)

Supplements:

Extra bed for children up to 12 years: 10 € per day (from the 3rd bed in the one bedroom apartment and the 5th bed in the apartment);
Extra bed adult: 15 € per day (3rd and 4th bed in the bedroom – 5th and 6th bed in the apartment);
Parking (subject to availability) 6 € per day;
Cleaning stove and dishes € 30
Cleaning pets € 15 (weekly)

General conditions:

Deposit 30% on booking and final payment on arrival.
In case of cancellation of booking, within 30 days of arrival, the Management will grant the possibility to use the deposit for another period (lasting or similar), no later than 31.12.2016, subject to availability.
Check-in from 14.00 on day of arrival,
Check-out until 10.30 am of the departure day.

City tax not included 1.50 € per day, for up to 7 days, children under 14 excluded.
